When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if given, country, travel dates, group size, riding experience and your message. Like most websites, our server and analytics tools also record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and pages visited.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a trip plan and quote
- To pass your enquiry to the licensed Nepali tour operator who would run your trip, so they can quote and arrange it
- To improve the website
We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless you book a trip, in which case the operator keeps the records it needs for the trip and any legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us through the enquiry form. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
